Privacy notice and personal data processing policy
This document explains how Junto handles your personal data when you book a meeting with us from this page. It is governed by Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012 and its implementing regulations).

2. What data we process
- What you provide when booking the meeting: name, work email, company and how many people at your company work outside an office (a range).
- The record of your authorization and the date you gave it.
- Technical data that Cal.com processes when scheduling, under its own privacy policy.
- We do not process sensitive data or data about minors.
- We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies. The data is aggregate and Junto does not store personal data from this measurement.
3. What we use your data for
- To schedule and hold the meeting.
- To contact you about the waitlist and a possible pilot.
- To keep a record of interested companies.
We do not sell your data.
4. Authorization
We process your data with your prior, express and informed authorization, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox when you book the meeting.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under article 8 of Ley 1581 de 2012, you can:
- Know, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of the authorization you gave.
- Be informed about how we use your data.
- File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (the Colombian data protection authority).
- Revoke your authorization and ask us to delete your data.
- Access your data free of charge.
6. How to exercise your rights
Email us at camilo@somosjunto.co with your name and the email you booked with, and tell us what you want to do.
- Inquiries: we answer within 10 business days at most. If we cannot, we tell you why and give you the answer date, which will be no more than 5 additional business days.
- Claims (to correct, update or delete data, or over a suspected breach): we answer within 15 business days at most. If we cannot, we tell you why and give you the date, which will be no more than 8 additional business days.
7. Processors and international transfer
To provide the service, your data goes through providers outside Colombia:
- Cal.com: meeting scheduling. United States.
- Cloudflare: page hosting and cookieless analytics. Global network, with presence in the United States.
- Google: calendar and video call (Calendar and Meet) of the Junto person who hosts the meeting. To be confirmed.
With your authorization, you accept this international data transfer.
