THE IN-PERSON BENEFIT FOR REMOTE AND HYBRID TEAMS

Help your remote or hybrid team meet in person more often.

Junto builds groups of teammates who live in the same city and makes sure they meet. All on WhatsApp or Slack, no new apps, with the budget your company chooses.

They work for the same company. But they barely know each other.

Between tasks and video calls, there's no room left to connect. Organizing a meetup takes time, coordination and someone to own it, so seeing each other ends up being the exception. Meanwhile, your company pays for perks everyone uses on their own.

How it works

From invitation to meetup, without the coordination work.

No new apps. Junto works where your team already communicates.

  1. You define the benefit.

Choose the budget, frequency and who's included. Your people share their city, availability and interests.

  2. Junto organizes the meetup.

It groups teammates in the same city, suggests when and where to meet and collects RSVPs. It books a table when the place takes reservations.

  3. Your team gets together.

They share coffee, lunch or another plan with a contribution from your company that unlocks only for that meetup.

  4. You see how often your team meets.

How many people took part, how many came back and how much budget was used. Team-level results, no individual tracking.

The money for meetups is only used when the group meets.

If the meetup doesn't happen, that budget stays untouched.

The plans

You choose how often. Junto handles the plan.

Every week, every two weeks or once a month: your company sets the pace.

Everyday

Coffee, lunch, dinner or working together

Time with 3 to 5 teammates: a lunch, a dinner or a shared work morning at a café. Easy to schedule and great for seeing each other often.

To celebrate

A special plan

Mini golf, an escape room, an after-office, a tasting, a cooking class… or whatever fits your team best. Great for wrapping up a month, a project or welcoming someone new.

The report

Know if your team takes part and wants to come back.

Every month you see how many people met, how many came back, how much budget was used and how they rated the meetups.

Aggregated results to evaluate the benefit and decide how to continue.

  • Participation is optional for every employee.
  • Team-level reports, never individual. We don't read messages.
  • Location by city or area, never GPS or real-time tracking.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does my team need to download anything?

No. Junto works where your team already communicates. We agree on the channel while preparing the pilot.

What if nobody confirms a meetup?

The budget isn't spent. Junto is designed to make meetups actually happen, so it does everything it can to get your team together: it suggests another date, place or group.

Is participation mandatory?

No. Each person decides whether to accept the invitation. We aim to create meetups your people want to come back to.

What data do you need from my team?

City or area, availability and interests. The process is designed to collect it with minimal effort from your team. We never use GPS or real-time location, and we don't read messages.

Where do they go?

Our AI picks places and plans based on budget, location and type of plan. Your team's interests help us refine the selection so it's as accurate as possible.

Does the pilot have a cost?

Yes. Before starting, we agree on the service fee and the meetup budget, based on the group size and the scope of the pilot.

Which cities does it work in?

Before starting, we review where your employees are and whether there are enough people with compatible availability to form groups.
